Chloe is downright easy, because it takes practically no money, and only time.
Harper is a bit harder, because you first need the equipment to get started, and you might never reach the goal.
Poppy takes a bit of luck, because that size is far from common, and you might need to work for a long time.
Sophie is diabolical, because you not only need to find the Clubs, reach the Clubs, but still find a willing participant for progress.

I take Chloe, not only is she the easiest to be doing, she is also probably one of the fastest starting from 0
