This is cosplay of either Azur Lane or Fate Grand Order character outfit. I don't remember the exact character but there have been a lot of drawn art with this. Unless there is some conspiracy to use "generic cosplay" as a false premise of expunging when the real premise can't be disclosed then petition should be removed.

Well, the question is if just wearing the outfit while not portraying the character counts as cosplay. She is missing defining features of Artoria like the blonde hair. It's also missing the headpieces. So... I'd also see this as generic cosplay, because this is just a woman who is wearing the outfit, this is most definitely NOT Artoria Pendragon.

Gallery with the same cosplayer doing Nami from One Piece or Mai Shiranui from King of Fighters outfit wasn't expunged. Her hair there is the same as in this one, I assume she just doesn't wear wigs for her cosplay and goes with her own hair. If it wasn't enough of a reason to expunge there, it shouldn't be here.

Her Nami cosplay has at least the tattoo, so you can actually identify the character... but yes, that one is also very lazy, but you can at least tell who she's trying to be because of the tattoo.
Her Mai Shiranui cosplay is the same, Mai has brown hair and she is wearing a ponytail as well with the white hair piece... both defining features of Mai Shiranui (even though she didn't bother to clean up the Nami tattoo in that one and the hair piece is a simple ribbon).

This here however has no defining features. You simply can not recognize her as Artoria... which is the whole point of cosplaying as a character, hence "she's just wearing a wig"-cosplays are okay to post.
