Vootie was and is the earliest furry zine ever produced in North America, beginning in mid 1976 from the efforts of MAD cartoonists Reed Waller and Ken Fletcher. The zine itself was an APA, or Amateur Press Association, and was not sold to people outside of the furry or 'funny animal' community. Vootie would be a beacon for communication between fans within the community who were artists, writers, advocates, and organizers, many of which hailed from college based SF/sci-fi organizations and underground comix illustrator groups pre-internet. I think its amazing the level of organization involved.

Issue 10 has main production credits from Tom Foster and Ken Fletcher as the publishers and was released on June 3rd, 1978. This particular issue is an incomplete draft of what would become issue 10. Pages 17 - 21 are excluded from this booklet as they were probably being proofed; lots of pages have examples of what needs to be edited/revised before publishing, such as the header on page 2 - the front cover even states that its 'incomplete' due to that very reason.

TL;DR - WESTERN NON-H GOES TO "MISC" CATEGORY REGARDLESS OF OTHER FACTORS.

Also, tag "male:insect" SPECIFICALLY means A MALE HAVING A SEX WITH AN INSECT.

Also also, tags "cat", "rabbit", and "reptile" are FOR ANIMALS ONLY, AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED WITH FURRY CHARACTERS.
Either remove "furry", or replace thouse with proper tags.

But, before that - SET THE CATEGORY TO BLOODY "MISC".

Though, in your defense in relation to the "cat" and such - I omitted some nuances. Still, tag "insect" should not be used here at all, and tag "furry" must be supplemented with proper "boy"/"girl" tags.

See, my dear, the thing is - I'm not that caustic and toxic when I scream all other the comment section.
It is, indeed, rather pitiful of me, to lower myself to the level of likes of you and your ilk, and thus induces rather comedic state of things, as any classic good old humiliation-based comedy does.

Don't let it phase you doggo, any site revolving around precise categorization has a tendency to attract some...exceptional individuals. I recall reading that an immense amount of the edits on Wikipedia come from a handful of users who spend most of their lives on the site and clearly have some screws loose. Some people don't seem to realize that not everyone has been marinating in the esoteric ruleset of this site for years like they have. He's certainly right about the insect tag, and thus I'd guess probably right about the others, but the hysterical tone can be safely ignored. This is a nerd art archival site, not a nuclear reactor. The stakes aren't THAT high.

I'll say what he SHOULD have said: thanks for taking the time to upload and archive something rare like this. Anyone can edit and clean up the tags to bring them in line with standards, but we don't get content like this unless someone bothers to share it.
