Anyway, this is a remake / sequel of an older MAMO work:

MAMO took the original characters Niiro (the girl) and Uchiiki (the boy) from that story, which was a about simple earnest but gloomy boy secretly having a crush on a lively girl who's way out of his league, but turned out Niiro knew Uchiki had the hots for her, on the day Niiro caught Uchiiki masturbating to a picture of her he took at the school trip he desperately tried to apologize but Niiro was just waiting for him to act so she could give herself to him, that story pinpointed Niiro was already experienced with sex and Uichiki was a virgin, with that Niiro was happy to gobble Uchiki up, forcing Uchiiki to become honest and reveal he truly loved her, wanting more than just a single fuck; here Niiro became Mako, and Uchiiki became Yuuto... except not really, turns out this is a reveal of their full names Niiro is Mako Niiro and Uchiki is Yuuto Uchiiki

Note: The original work from 2018 was called "Scarlet" due Niiro's name: 丹色 being another word for "Red", in a deep rust way.

In this version the concept is expanded, first the setting establishes Yuuto and Mako are an official couple now, but here it is added the fact Yuuto is deeply insecure about him being worthy of Mako still because this version adds the fact Mako wasn't just an experienced girl as briefly stated in SCARLET, here MAMO made her be complete a slut in the past, having dozens of men before, still Yuuto and Mako proceed in having their date, buying some matching rings, making Yuuto claim they appear like a true couple, because we are you dummy, Mako exclaims while tapping him.

Yuuto relapses a bit, feeling insecure as he gets a boner thinking of Mako with others but Mako quickly snaps him back to reality, having naughty thoughts huh? Sure, let's fuck right now, how about at the alley right there? Yuuto says it's not like that, but nope, Mako wants to have him right now so let's go somewhere else and do it, thus Yuuto is desperate to hear Mako speak of her past sex life in anguish to know how she learned to please men this perfectly, also what makes her tick so he can give Mako what she needs, but in his private thoughts he is afraid of actually feeling arousal over Mako being touched by other men, Yuuto's mind is clashing over such thoughts.

Mako, however, tries to calm Yuuto down, she entertained his questions at first, even admitting she had 23 men in the past but she can tell this is not healthy for Yuuto's mind, she reassures him he is the only man in her life now, she is not seeing anyone else but him, that's the truth and that's what it is going to be, begging him to do her raw so they be as a connected as possible; thus flashbacks of Mako being railed in the past are shown, to then connect to the original SCARLET story from her point of view this time around, showing that at first Mako only took a passing interest in Yuuto just to add him to her score, fuck the dweeb who was obviously gazing at her, but turns out she could eventually tell Yuuto was looking at Mako not just for her body, he was honestly in love with her, and for all the no commitment sex she was having, Mako too realized she wanted more, she wanted to be loved, so Mako gave him all the hints she was ready for so they could become closer like they wished to be.

Yuuto's fears keep making up memories of the past encounters Mako had through the descriptions she once gave him, but she keeps insisting Yuuto is her one and only till Yuuto breaks off his delusions, understanding that he has to answer Mako's devotion and show the grit of the man she choose to be with, screaming that he is Mako's man, yes, the only one; Yuuto finally understands, erasing his fears, getting through his head that what he has with Mako doesn't need to be dragged down by his insecurity, Mako strongly reassured how much she belongs to him and him alone, in the end Yuuto and Mako walk with their hands held tight, swearing their commitment to be happy together always, THE END.

Yeah, former slut finds love and wants to make her boyfriend believe what they have is real, so get that mind out of the gutter, no need to raise a NTR/NTS flag, very cute. Anyway MAMO himself says in the author's page that this is a remake, I'm not making this up, although MAMO didn't mention the which work this was a remake of by name so I actually had to search for it.
