Hi everyone, I'm the publisher of the original version. I'm so glad that there is an English version, but there is one thing I don't quite understand: is using AI translation some sort of unforgivable crime? (If you hate Yuri, please don't reply me.)
Btw the artist is my friend, so there are no copyright issues because I got permission (although it's pretty ridiculous to talk about copyright here anyway...)

In short: yes. It's a spruced-up machine translation that gives no guarantees about its accuracy and requires so much effort to proofread that it's easier to make a new version wholesale. As with any kind of MTL, it wasn't made by a human that actually understands the text before them, who can discern the style neccesary to use, knows any kind of special terminology that might be required, etc. Pushing out stuff like is usually done by people who can't possibly know better - or refuse to, because "it's better than nothing" - AND it prevents real translators from doing another version, because most of the time, there's no point anymore.

However due to factors like there aren't that many Chinese Uma doujin being made, it's quiet difficult to find English translators who understand Chinese and are willing to do translations. So almost no Chinese doujin being translated into English as shazam091 said (in contrast, Japanese doujin get translated into English much faster). Perhaps in this context, 'it's better than nothing' is understandable to me ╥﹏╥.
