Sakoto Yamane's BL/yaoi journal Dendenmushi (Snail), based on the 1972 fanzine imprint Dendenmushimushi, which featured the work of Osamu Akimoto before he began drawing Kochikame. As a journal, this book was heralded by high school age fans and was more or less Yamane's personal journal / magazine. Based on the information present, there isn't a date on this particular book, however, context clues suggest 1979 as it focuses on Farewell Space Battleship Yamato. The sale price hand written on the back and additional context information suggests that this work was sold at Comiket, though which is uncertain. as it mentions the explosive boom around Yamato in August of the previous year (referring to the historic release of the movie Farewell to Space Battleship Yamato in August 1978), noting its wide fanbase from kids to college students and the extensive commercial merchandising (snacks, erasers, bags). A date however is given for publication all the same.
